The full review

If the budget decides, Avatar is the boat to look at. All meals, snorkel gear and stinger suits are in the fare, and the large nets between the hulls are where most people spend the sailing hours.

OzSail describes Avatar as the only trimaran in the Whitsundays, built as a racing yacht rather than a cruising boat. Twenty-six guests is social without being crowded.

Plan your onward travel around the early return on the third morning. And bring bottled water in summer: the tap water on board is not cold.
